Paid Media Account Manager

We’re looking for a Paid Media Account Manager to join our paid media team and work with some of the coolest brands in the industry across search, shopping, social and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage paid search and paid social campaigns, with the opportunity to also work across emerging channels such as Amazon, Tik Tok and Pinterest.

  • You will be responsible for optimising accounts and reporting back performance to the team and our clients, ensuring that all biddable channels are delivering against their KPIs.

  • You will work closely with management to develop longer term strategies across our accounts.

  • You will be required to independently manage accounts and share feedback on performance internally to our leadership team, alongside building reports and presentations to be shared with key stakeholders.

  • You will need to build strong and meaningful relationships with clients and maintain regular contact, keeping them engaged with the agency and our team.

  • You will support new business and the continued growth of the agency, supporting sales and account development activity.

  • You will need to support the onboarding of new accounts and help find innovative ways to improve processes and increase efficiency and productivity.

  • You will need to build relationships and work closely with partners such as Google and Facebook, along with our supporting ecommerce agencies and technologies.

  • You will need to keep up to date with trends and thought leadership in paid search, paid social and other biddable platforms. It is also useful to keep up to date with wider ecommerce trends and news.

Skills & Experience

  • 1 - 2.5 years’ PPC and / or paid social experience.

  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, SUMIFs, etc.

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, managing PPC and / or paid social campaigns.

  • Previous experience developing relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to grow accounts.

  • Previous experience with client communication - presentations, meetings, updates and calls and client outings.

  • Some understanding of wider ecommerce principles - CRM, internationalisation, payments, personalisation etc.
