The audit will review the paid media set up across all paid media channels, and the effectiveness of the setup as a whole and individually. We will cover everything from covering the best practice basics, to the more opportunities available to deliver better results for your brand. The most commonly covered areas include budget allocation, bid management, creatives used at each stage of the marketing funnel and inefficient account structures.

Measurement / Analysis - We will review the tracking set up to ensure that the results being recorded in the ads platforms are accurate. Attribution models will be assessed inline with the business goals and we can also look at current reporting to ensure the information being reported back is as useful and actionable as possible.
Campaign Structure - Set up in the ads platforms for each channel will be assessed in terms of their alignment with current best practices, and their ability to support the overall objectives for the marketing activity. We will also flag any quick wins with common flags being reducing audience overlap, combining smaller audiences, and fully segmenting stages of the funnel.
Performance - Recent historical performance will be analysed both in terms of the longer term history of the account, and broader industry benchmarks to understand the current health of the account.
Budget Allocation - This will be examine from the allocation by platform, all the way down to SKU level spend to give an understanding of how efficiently the budget is being used.
Advanced Strategies - We will also make recommendations that go beyond the current set ups utilised by most performance marketing agencies. This can range from overlaying ecommerce platform data to combine with machine learning bid strategies, to areas where stronger performance could be driven by deviating from standard best practice.
