The audit is delivered in the form of a report inclusive of any supporting documentation (eg user tests, data insights). In this report we outline our general findings together with all key issues and solution recommendations prioritised based on complexity and overhead impact.
The audit is entirely tailored to the client’s specification. We have experience with producing large scale, in-depth audits reviewing all of the above mentioned areas of customer experience to specifically focusing on a single UX element only.
The process starts with an initial discovery session with all key stakeholders, at the end of which we produce a statement of work detailing the process, the deliverables and all focal areas. Finally, we agree project timescales and delivery dates.
The final report usually takes up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Upon completion, we present our findings and recommendations in detail directly to the client.
