Paid Media Management
Josh runs our paid media offering, having worked with a host of household names in the past, such as Google, Nintendo, Aston Martin, Schwarzkoff and lots of others.
Our small team provide a closely managed, audience-led approach to paid media and we tend to work mostly with luxury, fashion and lifestyle brands – with clients including Linda Farrow, MyWalit, Simone Perelle, O’Neills, GEAR4, Drummonds and Lapicida, amongst others.
Our paid media offering comprises audience research and development and full management of paid search channels, paid social campaigns, display and programmatic activity and bespoke reporting.
We provide eCommerce workshops around a host of eCommerce areas, such as replatforming, customer acquisition strategy, requirements gathering and lots more. The intention behind the workshops is generally providing insight to your in-house team, as a one-off session. Examples of eCommerce workshops we’ve ran recently include Magento-focused sessions (generally around planning for Magento 2), eCommerce requirements gathering (going into a replatforming project), platform validation, paid advertising and eCommerce partner selection / validation.
We’ve worked with lots of eCommerce brands on developing and executing a growth or go-to-market strategy, focusing on acquiring new customers, retaining and increasing value of existing customers and identifying new channels. We can be involved as needed in this area, be it via workshop sessions, full strategy development or retained support.
We work on both a project-based and a retained basis around strategy consultancy – depending on the requirements and the in-house capabilities for the retailer.
