Vervaunt is a London-based eCommerce and paid media consultancy, focused on driving growth for mid-market, aspirational retail brands. The paid media side of the business is growing really quickly and, as a result, we’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and pragmatic Paid Media Consultant to help onboard new accounts, manage day-to-day optimisations and retain excellent client relationships. Some of our paid media clients include MUJI, O’Neills, Bulletproof, Poundshop, PMT Music, Lulu Guinness, Simone Perele, OPUMO, Sarah Chapman, Medic Animal, The Sports Edit and lots of others.
On the consultancy side of the business, we’ve also worked with Sony Playstation, The V&A, Byredo, David Austin Roses, Sunspel, Dr Martens, Waterford, Wedgwood, The Conran Shop, Heal’s, This Works and lots of others.
The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years’ experience in either an in-house or agency role, with experience of managing mid-level or enterprise accounts.
Manage paid social, search and display campaigns for international retail clients
Take responsibility for optimising accounts and reporting back performance to clients
Plan and manage tests across all clients and feedback results to clients
Manage client emails, comms and present on performance and strategies in meetings
Build relationships and work closely with partners such as Google, media partners and other various agencies
Work independently to plan and roll-out strategies across accounts
Support sales and account development activity
Build reports and presentations to be shared with stakeholders
Ensure all biddable channels are delivering against agreed KPIs
Keep up to date with trends and thought leadership in paid search, paid social and other biddable platforms
Support the development of new scripts (through requests) and internal technology
You will need to be a fast learner as we support a number of paid media channels and are very dynamic with our offering to serve our clients’ needs. You will be required to independently manage accounts and feed back around performance internally to our leadership team.
2+ years’ experience in paid media
Advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of Google Analytics
Base understanding of broader digital marketing
Experience of building strong relationships in a working environment
Experience in presenting (in some form)
You will be part of a growing agency (currently 7 people), who have grown considerably over the last 12 months. We often present at conferences and there will be an opportunity for you to do this as well. There will also be a lot of training and development opportunities available.
We are a start-up and offer flexible working in terms of location and timings. We often meet partners and attend media events and organise monthly socials within the company too.
