What is our approach to paid social?
- Creative performance - we have a huge focus on paid social creative performance and share feedback with creative agencies to improve the impact of artwork, copy and design. We have also developed a number of solutions including our very own in-house creative dashboard which all clients can access in real time. The dashboard aggregates data to easily understand what levers to pull when CPMs begin to rise and CTR drops off.

Sunspel
Sunspel is a luxury fashion brand with over 160 years of heritage and experience. They are recognised for their quality and style, and are known for their classic t-shirts, featured in magazines and publications such as GQ and Esquire.
Vervaunt began working with Sunspel in April 2020 across Google Search, Shopping, Facebook and Instagram. The Frankie Shop
The Frankie Shop is a go-to premium fashion and lifestyle brand specialising in wardrobe basics and tailoring, stocking brands such as GANNI, JW Anderson and A Emery.
Previously, The Frankie Shop did not work with an agency and so wanted to work with Vervaunt to guide their eCommerce strategy, align technology with their growth aspirations, and boost rapid organic growth, especially on platforms such as Instagram. Vervaunt Labs is our R&D offering, focused on building proprietary technology to add value to our services and help clients. Some of the key tools we’ve built include:
- Census - rule-based post purchase questions app for Shopify, primarily used for attribution, first party data capture and on-site feedback.
- Visualise - dynamic creative based on improving image formats for DPAs and DABA, also allows for overlaying key information and attributes.
- Inventory logging + alerts - Automated logging and alerting of inventory change, designed to reduce spend on items with broken stock and help attribute performance shifts.
- Sale alerts - alerts on competitor sale activity, to help manage shifts in spend and again attribute performance change on channels like Google Shopping.
- Creative reporting - detailed reporting on key metrics for individual Meta creative.
- Performance monitoring - automated daily logging of client performance / load time shifts for key templates. Monitors key performance metrics and scores.
- Benchmarks - internal client benchmarking across paid channels and Google Analytics. Data stored in our data warehouse and split out by vertical.
