Vervaunt is a London-based eCommerce and paid media consultancy, focused on driving growth and operational improvements for mid-level, aspirational retail brands. Our core offerings include managing paid media and various eCommerce services. Some of our current paid media clients include O’Neills, Poundshop, Trotters, Simone Perele, MyWalit, Alto Music and GEAR4, along with others that are under NDA.
We’ve also completed consultancy projects for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Sony Playstation, Nestle, MUJI, The V&A, Dr Martens and lots of others.
The paid media side of the business is growing really quickly and, as a result, we’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic Paid Media Executive to help onboard new accounts, manage day-to-day optimisations and retain excellent client relationships.
Managing client emails, communications and presenting performance in monthly meetings
Demonstrating a good understanding of our clients’ industries and key competitors
Ability to be flexible for our clients’ needs – we have a dynamic offering which spans across multiple paid media channels
Keeping up to date with trends and thought leadership in paid search, paid social and other biddable platforms
Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining regular comms with key contacts
Alongside your manager and the rest of the team, you will leverage key partner relationships
Work alongside your manager to create case studies and blog posts to demonstrate great examples of work
Campaign Management and Performance
Central to your role will be the activation and optimisation of Paid Social, Search and Display campaigns for our international client base
You will be responsible for the daily management of campaign budgets and ensuring biddable channels are delivering against their KPIs
Producing weekly and monthly reports for your clients that include key performance highlights, optimisations and next steps
Technical Skills & Experience
Desirable but not essential:
Advanced Excel skills
Experience building client relationships
Experience with using Google Analytics
Experience in presenting to clients
Broad understanding of other customer acquisition channels
Account build and advanced AdWords Editor and Power Editor knowledge
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is energetic, passionate about all things paid media and obsessed with keeping clients happy. The ideal candidate will have 6 months – 1 years paid media experience (either agency or in-house) and will be looking to join a highly skilled eCommerce paid media team where they can grow and develop quickly.

You will be part of a growing agency, who have doubled in client roster in just a few months. We often present at conferences and there will be an opportunity for you to be involved in pulling together content and even be presenting when appropriate. There will also be a training and development budget available.
We are a start-up and offer flexible working in terms of location and timings. We often meet partners and attend media events and organise monthly socials within the company too.
We need candidates to help us manage the increase in workload, due to bringing on new clients and plans to take on new accounts within the next two months. This is a great opportunity where you can progress alongside the company and work closely with the directors.

Salary: £17,000.00 to £23,000.00 / year
