Finance Controller

We are looking for a Finance Controller to join our paid media team and work with some of the coolest brands in the industry.

We are a fast growing company and we are now at the stage where we are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Controller to join our team to support the day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will be ambitious with 3+ years experience in a similar role with strong experience. We invest in our team to learn and grow with us. Job Title: Finance Controller

Reporting Into: Operations Director

Salary: Competitive / Dependent on Experience

Hours: Part-Time (16 - 22.5 hours)

Location: Old Street, London

Key Responsibilities

• You will own regular billing to clients, ad-hoc billing to clients and suppliers

• You will own categorising and coding of supplier invoices, with timely payment to suppliers

• You will process employee expenses

• You will own reconciliation of all bank accounts and payments via Xero

• You will assist with the audit process during company audits

• You will chase overdue invoices, bad debt and refunds

• You will own form processes and documentation for the internal and external teams to follow, based on best practice

• You will own payment to tax authorities, employee monthly payroll, and Direct Debit management

• You will own other ad hoc finance related activities including VAT returns, Corporation Tax, and PAYE

• You will manage weekly and monthly billing and ad hoc reporting requirements from the team

Skills & Experiences

• Part qualified accountant, ACCA or ICAEW

• Professional experience of similar finance roles

• High level of numeracy and financial awareness

• Systems experience desired with Xero and Microsoft Office 365
