Customer reviews are a really strong conversion tool that builds trust amongst users. Reviews provide an unbiased product description from the existing clientbase directly on the product page saving visitors time spent researching products elsewhere and most importantly keeping them locked into the shopping journey without having to leave the website to look for more information.

Many FMCG brands know this already, however the luxury market has been slower on adopting product reviews and making them a part of their product shopping pages.
